1. Choose the right shop, date and expense type
Select the active shop. Use Daily Expenses for the relevant daily payment and Monthly Expenses for the recurring-cost workflow. Review the period and category instead of placing every cost on today’s date.
2. Record the amount and where it was paid from
Enter the amount actually recorded or paid in the intended field. Identify whether money came from shop cash or another supported source. A bank-funded purchase must not reduce the physical drawer simply because it appears in the day’s expense list.
3. Attach and verify evidence
Add the receipt, invoice or relevant photos and verify upload completion. In the mobile manager report, photos can be collected or selected in a batch. A local thumbnail or failed upload is not proof that an administrator can open the attachment.
4. Review reporting treatment
Review the expense in the day/report period and check whether a supplier purchase or manager submission already represents it. Keep the source record identifiable to avoid double counting the same underlying cost in financial review.
Available features depend on your shop configuration, permissions and supported devices.
