1. Choose the event and delivery channels
Open notification settings and the relevant attendance or manager-report rule. Choose Inbox, Push notification and any available email channel. A channel’s configuration and the user’s device permission must both support delivery.
2. Set responsible recipients and shops
Leave roles and specific users empty when the rule should keep the alert’s original recipients. Explicit user selections are added to the selected roles. Use shop scope to restrict the rule; no shop selection means all applicable shops, not no shops. Review the preview before saving.
3. Set the reporting deadline correctly
For overdue manager reports, choose reporting weekdays, a due time and days after the reporting day. For a next-morning deadline, use one day after with the intended morning time. Keep Europe/Warsaw or the actual shop timezone consistent with reporting.
4. Review repeats and quiet hours
Zero disables the repeat or escalation interval. Quiet hours delay push/email while inbox alerts remain available. Use repeat reminders for an unresolved missing report rather than assuming the first notification was seen.
5. Check delivery and keep reporting open
Save and inspect the rule preview, recipient access and mobile notification permission. Automatic reminder processing must be running in the deployed environment. These rules provide follow-up information; they do not prove physical attendance and do not replace administrator review.
Available features depend on your shop configuration, permissions and supported devices.
