1. Choose the shop and reporting day
Open Daily Report Review, filter the relevant shop, date and review state, and open the intended day. Verify who submitted the report and whether you are looking at a submitted record, missing day or previously reviewed report.
2. Read the manager declaration first
Review opening cash, reported sales, card amount, delivery channels, expenses, attachments and counted closing cash. Expected cash in this workflow is based on the manager’s figures and delivery accounting; do not silently replace the declaration with imported POS totals.
3. Compare with available evidence
Use the source comparison and linked records to inspect sales, receipts and expense evidence. Check dates, source coverage and channel classifications before treating a difference as a mistake. Missing source data is a different issue from a confirmed numerical difference.
4. Record the review outcome
Use the available review actions for the record and your permissions. Add a clear explanation when requesting a correction or recording an exception. Keep the manager report, source sale and review trail separately traceable instead of changing an unrelated source record to force agreement.
Available features depend on your shop configuration, permissions and supported devices.
