1. Inspect synchronization status
Open Synchronization and review pending, failed and completed work for the active shop/register. A saved local sale is not the same as a server acknowledgment. Check connection and the specific error before changing the record.
2. Retry the existing work
Use Sync now when connection is restored or a validation problem has been corrected. The original event identity is reused for accepted retries. Do not create another sale, reinstall the app or clear data simply to make an upload disappear.
3. Install through the right distribution channel
Google Play installations use the available Play update flow. Supported direct installations can receive a signed APK through the configured release catalog. Review the available version and begin the update when payment, printing and saved work are safe to leave. Android may require installation confirmation.
4. Verify after reopening
Confirm the displayed version, correct shop, open-session state and saved device connections. Review synchronization again. An available update is advisory; it does not mean a server change has already downloaded or a native hardware change can arrive through a JavaScript-only update.
Available features depend on your shop configuration, permissions and supported devices.
